Koch & Co's GREEN series cabinetry fits the bill using MicroStrand wheat board for over 85 percent of the cabinet construction. Not only does wheat board exhibit all of the benefits as outlined above, it's rapidly renewable! Think about it, a tree takes decades to mature. Wheat is grown and the stalk harvested sometimes twice in just one year!

I'm not surprised by this one bit. We relied on wood so much that we actually aren't aware of what the technology can now allow us to do.

This is very new thing and i am hearing first time!! Can any one explain about Agrifiber? By the way, have you heard of MiNeeds.com? It really simplifies finding affordable contractors. I used it to find them for my personal construction. Essentially, after I described what I needed on this site, I received several competitive bids from local contractors. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to call around and negotiate with each, and that they actually came to me.
